The K3 screen printing precision machine table can be customized into screen printing production lines of different specifications according to customers’ actual production needs, suitable for printing processes of various types such as garment pieces, ready-made clothes, and fabrics.
The table structure is welded with thick-walled square tubes and national standard angle steel, which is sturdy and not easily deformed; the walking track is flat, ensuring high-precision positioning. Multiple tabletop materials (such as glass, fireproof board, leather, etc.) are optional: the glass surface is frosted, and the four sides are edge-polished, ensuring safety and flatness. The fabric printing tabletop adopts a seamless three-layer structure (plywood + cloth + leather), suitable for spreading and printing fabrics.
The equipment supports manual or automatic infrared walking ovens and tunnel ovens, meeting drying needs in different temperature ranges and ensuring stable quality of printed products. Equipped with a thick-walled sliding contact power supply system, it is safe to use; the foot height is adjustable, and the bracket is detachable, facilitating handling and installation.
It is suitable for processing in various screen printing factories, with advantages such as easy operation, stable structure, and energy efficiency.
