CTS-8012M is a vertical laser direct engraving machine, designed for screen printing plate-making in multiple industries. It takes high precision, high efficiency and high speed as its core advantages, and is suitable for garment printing, packaging printing, label printing, PCB,

The maximum exposure area is 800mm×1200mm, meeting the plate-making needs of larger-size screens.
It supports 133LPI screening lines, with a maximum resolution of 2540dpi, ensuring the fineness of plate-making quality.
The maximum scanning speed can reach 3m/s, and the single exposure time is less than 2.5 minutes, greatly improving production efficiency.
Adopting 120-channel fiber laser module, supporting 120-level adjustable exposure power and real-time focusing, with a maximum focal depth of 4mm, ensuring reliable exposure every time.
It supports file formats such as TIFF, Gerber, DXF and BMP, and is compatible with various screen printing photosensitive emulsions and photosensitive films, meeting diversified needs.
Equipped with automatic alignment and self-inspection calibration functions;
